Monsignor Silvio Fonseca Martinez, a former student at the Catholic University of Washington and Founder President of the "Instituto Técnico Especializado Juan Pablo II" in Managua, Nicaragua, signed the collaboration agreement with Dr. Victor Nokas, Vice Provost for Administration of The Catholic University of America (CUA) that strengthens the relations between the two institutions for several years. The aim of this agreement is to help CUA students with a chance to volunteer internationally giving them a valuable personal experience and providing needed volunteers to JPII and their partners. This agreement also will give a Central American presence at the Catholic University of Washington and will be of great benefit to Nicaragua, particularly for the Institute students called to give the best technical and academic results.
